4. Products and Availability

The products listed on DiCypha are sourced from various stores. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability, we cannot guarantee that items will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer a suitable alternative or refund.

5. Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All prices are listed in the relevant currency, and we reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway. Once a payment is confirmed through our secure gateway, the transaction is considered final and cannot be reversed.

DiCypha Merchant Policy

This Merchant Policy outlines the rules, expectations, and responsibilities for all merchants selling on the DiCypha platform. By registering and maintaining a merchant account, you agree to the following terms:

1. Merchant Eligibility

To become a merchant on DiCypha, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate business information, including a valid email address and phone number.
  • Operate a legitimate business with the ability to fulfill and ship orders in a timely manner.

2. Product Listings

  • All products must be accurately described with clear titles, descriptions, and specifications.
  • Listings must comply with local laws and DiCypha’s content policies. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, expired products, and any illegal or restricted items.
  • Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring product compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Media Quality Requirements

To maintain a professional and trustworthy platform experience, merchants must provide:

  • Product Images: High-quality, clear product photos with a minimum size of 1200 x 1200px. Images must be square and show the product clearly, without watermarks or heavy filters.
  • Merchant Logo: A high-resolution logo of at least 1024 x 1024px to represent your brand professionally.
  • Store Banner: A visually appealing store banner of at least 1140 x 280px.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the removal or deactivation of listings.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Merchants must process and fulfill orders promptly. Tracking information should be added once the order has been shipped.
  • All orders must be shipped within the handling time specified on the product listing.
  • Merchants must update order statuses to maintain transparency and trust with customers.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Merchants are required to maintain a fair and transparent return/refund policy.
  • Refunds must be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing.
  • DiCypha reserves the right to enforce a refund on behalf of a customer if a merchant is unresponsive or violates the return terms.

6. Communication

  • Merchants must respond to customer inquiries and platform communications within 2 business days.
  • Rude, inappropriate, or unprofessional communication is not tolerated and may result in account suspension.

7. Account & Store Management

  • Merchants are responsible for managing their own inventory, pricing, media uploads, and tax settings.
  • Storefront customization and branding should align with the visual standards of DiCypha.

Payments

  • Merchant payouts are processed based on the selected payment method and platform’s payout schedule.
  • Any applicable platform fees, commissions, or transaction charges will be deducted before disbursement.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Merchants must not list or sell products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Any claims or reports of IP violations will be investigated and may result in removal of listings or termination of the merchant account.

10. Suspension & Termination

DiCypha reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate merchant accounts that violate this policy or any other platform rules.
  • Issue a written warning or place the merchant on probation before termination in cases of minor violations.
  • Remove listings that receive repeated complaints or do not meet quality standards.

11. Platform Integrity

  • All transactions, communications, and payments must be conducted through the DiCypha platform.
  • Directing customers off-platform or encouraging external sales is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal.

12. Dispute Resolution

DiCypha aims to ensure fairness for both merchants and customers.

  1. Initial Resolution
    Merchants must respond to customer disputes within 2 business days and make every effort to resolve the issue, including issuing replacements or refunds when applicable.
  2. Escalation
    If a dispute is unresolved after 5 business days, it may be escalated to DiCypha. Supporting documents (such as order confirmation, shipping receipts, and communications) may be required for investigation.
  3. Final Determination
    DiCypha reserves the right to make the final determination in any dispute. This decision is binding and may result in refund deductions, order cancellation, or account action.
  4. Chargebacks & Fraud
    Merchants must cooperate fully in the event of a chargeback or suspected fraud. DiCypha may withhold funds or deduct from future payouts to recover losses.
